Quattro Tires’ operational status

Closely following the recent development regarding the measures undertaken by the government to slow down the spread of COVID-19 and in conjunction with those measures, some of Quattro Tires’ services have been temporarily disabled, such as Laval warehouse pickups.
**Our head office in Laval is currently inaccessible to the public and without exceptions. 

Here’s a list of our available services at the moment:

  • Online orders through www.quattrotires.com
  • Customer service available at 1-844-778-2887* as well as by email at [email protected]
  • Mounting and balancing of your tires and wheels when purchased as a packaged*
  • Winter tires studding services
  • Home delivery**

Furthermore, our delivery delays currently remain the same (3 to 7 business days) for the vast majority of regions*.
**Though, due to the measures currently in place, it is possible that the transporters have some delays. We are thankful for your understanding during those times.
*It is possible that orders requiring mounting & balancing may require additional delays to prepare. We are thankful for your understanding during those times.

*To retain our services during this situation, our phone lines will allow you to leave a message to our departments, our agents will then contact you back within 24 business hours. 

Daily preventive behavior and sanitary measures

With the exceptional circumstances surrounding the current COVID-19 crisis, we would like to reassure you that Quattro Tires’ team is doing everything in its power to exceed the sanitary standards established by the Public Health Agency of Canada.

Here’s a list of the new sanitary measures in place:

  • All employees able to operate remotely are now working in the safety of their homes
  • All employees must wash their hands every time they get into the building
  • All employees must disinfect their work stations at least three times a day
  • All employees must practice social distancing at all times (at least 2 metres)
  • All employees must stay at their work station and limit their movement within the work space and prioritize communication by phone or email
  • Deliveries no longuer require a signature, orders will be dropped of at a safe location without contact

Furthermore, multiple hand sanitizer dispensers were installed at key locations and every employees must properly disinfect their hands regularly to respect the sanitary measures in place.

We are aware that these are hard times and Quattro Tires’ is doing everything it can to reduce to a minimum the inconveniences of the current situation whilst making sure that all sanitary measures are respected to insure the safety of our clients and employees.
